Bag It
For my birthday a few months ago, my mother offered to buy me a bag. A “nice” bag as she called it…. ok, I could go along with that. But the budget was not as big as I had hoped. 200 dollars is fair, but have you seen how much “nice” bags cost these days?
So my hunt began. Here are some nice things I have seen in my travels.

This is fun, maybe not as functional as others, but the price- $77, seems fair for that purpose. (It is not leather). Melie Bianco Convertible Clutch.

I am also a big fan of chameleon bags. No hardware and no handles. Comes in other colors from Tano.

Remaining true to my love of gray, which transcends all seasons, (and most dirt) I was very pleased with my spottage of this satchel from Abro.

This Sabina satchel is a beautiful deep navy leather that has a certain sleekness despite all of its details in hardware and I always appreciate the long or short strap.
Is it bad if you are afraid to ask your mother for a “nice” fanny pack? You would be shocked to know those are also not so cheap….
