Where did they come from?

Quicksilver the surfer dude attire, is coming out with this fantastically cool and well priced clothing line for not so surfer-y lady kind due out in july/aug/sep.

Though I am not entirely clear as to why everything is taking so long to debut and in installments. it still looks like it will be well worth checking out.
