I am sorry to diappoint those who think they know me, and dispell your images of me as a hardass but I have always been fascinated with butterflies, (in high-school I forced a friend to trek to the city to see the butterfly exhibition at Museum of Natural History). It was one of the first ‘things’ I was compelled to capture on film.
Now my love for butterflies is only intensified by how chic and tough they can be at the same time. For years I was ashamed of my infatuation with my winged friends due to shame of being too “girly”, but now I am singing it form the rooftops. Oh, and I love purple too. (that’s a future post)
