Since i was so excited about our new kitchen purchase- The Cusinart Griddler- I had to share it with you.
It has been on our TO DO list for a while, and we finally purchased it from Costco. Last night we made paninis on garlic and olive chiabatta bread from Trader Joe’s with roasted red pepper spread, avocados, garlic cheddar, marinated mozzarella, portabello mushrooms ——- mmmmm. It was heavenly. I highly recommend it.
